Cosy and large room, it had an electric kettle, central heating, and television. The setting was particularly good, short walk to other beach's in the area, the property's steakhouse, and a pub in future. Besides, the hotel was a 10-15 minute walking distance from Paignton Zoo Environmental Park.

The location was perfect and excellent - a short way from everywhere we wanted to go. It took only 10 minutes to walk to Parkers Arms bus stop. The staff were both excellent friendly and amicable. Got double room as expected, enjoyed it...

Double room had upgrades, it was large and cosy. The hotel had indeed an absolutely perfect and excellent location in the middle of the city. We saw Paignton Zoo Environmental Park, that's a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue.

we had lovely time at the hotel and can't wait to go back. everything was good during 3 days, enjoyed its absolutely perfect and excellent location just next door to the property's steakhouse, the restaurant, and all the sea front and other beach's in the area. a huge variety of food for breakfast, everything was great.
